We are more than just a collection of people running a business. We are people with a simple vision - to help our customers and the environment.

As a manufacturer of an organic biodegradable plastic additive we are here to help the Original Packaging Manufacturers (OPM) and the design engineers for their environmental needs. They can benefit from knowledge we have gained through more than 10 years of experience in the global green initiative. We strive to “raise the bar” for service, integrity and forthrightness - when dealing not only with customers, but also with our employees.

Accordingly, the company is committed to building meaningful one-on-one relationships based on sharing and mutual benefits. This idea is used in selecting employees and our proprietary compounds, in creating new products and services, and in finding and retaining customers. Through successful collaboration, the company has become consistently profitable. This enables the company to allocate profit to help manufacturers, the environment, and in some cases, the economically impoverished. We are also helping to make our own local community a better place to live.

Bio-Tec supports many environmental and non-profit organizations for the environmental stewardship that we would like to pass on to further generations.

What We Do

Bio-Tec Environmental was established in October of 2003 by John Lake and Samuel Adams to design, manufacture and distribute an environmental solution for the large, medium and small manufacturing firms and company environments. The company concentrates on two major market segments:

• Durable goods: such as running shoes, credit cards, boxes, waste baskets, etc.
• Single use applications: such as blister packs, shopping bags, food trays, etc.

Bio-Tec Environmental continually invests in programs and technologies to benefit its customers and assist engineers. In 2004, we began an in-house quality control program and will be able to provide a broad range of detailed testing and status reports. We do all this because we consider our dealings with each customer a unique opportunity for sharing our resources as we work together for mutual success.
